Mark Parker served as NIKE, Inc. Chairman, President & CEO for 14 years, Chairman for four years, and continues to serve as Executive Chairman. Mark joined Nike in 1979 as one of the company’s first footwear designers and has been at the center of Nike innovation ever since. He has brought innovative concepts and engineering expertise into roles such as VP, Consumer Product Marketing; VP, Global Footwear; and Co-President of the Nike Brand. Mark’s focus on innovation led the way for Nike Air and other industry-changing breakthroughs in product design. Mark serves as Chairman of the Board of Directors for The Walt Disney Company and received a bachelor’s degree in political science from Penn State.
Elliott Hill is President & CEO of NIKE, Inc. He is an inspiring leader who possesses a strong entrepreneurial drive, deep connection to the consumer and Nike culture and a strong passion for the portfolio of Nike Brands. Hill spent more than 32 years at Nike holding senior leadership positions across Europe and North America and was responsible for helping to grow the business to more than $39 billion. Before retiring in 2020, he was President - Consumer and Marketplace leading all commercial and marketing operations for Nike and Jordan Brand, including the P&L across the company’s four geographies. Hill is a graduate of Texas Christian University with a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology and Ohio University where he holds a master’s degree in Sports Administration. He started his career as an assistant athletic trainer with The Dallas Cowboys before joining Nike. Hill currently serves on the Board of Trustees for Texas Christian University. He plays an active role in supporting communities across Portland, Bend and Austin.
As Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer, Venkatesh Alagirisamy leads the strategic direction and operational excellence of NIKE, Inc.’s Global Supply Chain, Planning, Operations, Sustainability, and Technology organizations. In this role, Venkatesh oversees a worldwide supply chain network spanning raw materials, footwear, apparel, and accessories manufacturing, as well as logistics and integrated planning across assortment and operations. He is instrumental in driving the company’s People and Planet goals, ensuring that technology is seamlessly integrated to power growth across Nike’s iconic brands. Since joining NIKE in 2006, Venkatesh has held progressively senior leadership positions, spearheading enterprise transformation and operational innovation across all brands, business segments, and geographies—including several years in Greater China. His career at NIKE began as a Process Manager within Supply Chain, followed by key roles in Demand Planning, Inventory Management, and Global Operations. He has served as Vice President of Global Operations & Express Lane, COO for Converse, and Chief Supply Chain Officer for NIKE, Inc. Venkatesh also serves as the Co-Chair of the MIT Sloan School of Management’s Leaders for Global Operations governing board. He holds an MBA from Duke University, a master’s degree in industrial engineering from Purdue University, and a bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering from Birla Institute of Technology and Science in India.
As EVP & Chief Financial Officer, Matthew Friend leads the company’s Finance, Demand & Supply Management, Procurement, and Global Places & Services organizations to drive end-to-end value creation for NIKE, Inc. Matt joined Nike in 2009 working in Corporate Strategy and Development before becoming Chief Financial Officer of Emerging Markets. Matt later served as Chief Financial Officer of Global Categories, Product and Functions and was subsequently appointed Chief Financial Officer of the Nike Brand. While in this role, he also took on the additional responsibilities of VP, Investor Relations. Prior to joining Nike, he worked in the financial industry, holding leadership roles in investment banking and mergers and acquisitions at Goldman Sachs and Morgan Stanley. Matt is a board member for United Airlines Holdings, Inc. and holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration from the University of California, Berkeley, where he was a pitcher for the baseball team.
As NIKE, Inc.’s Chief People Officer, Treasure Heinle is responsible for leading the global HR function and the company’s People vision and strategy. Treasure oversees a global team that manages work streams ranging from recruitment and strategic people counsel to organizational effectiveness, learning and development, pay and benefits, culture, diversity, equity and inclusion, and employee services. Treasure is a well-rounded leader who, during her extensive career, has successfully worked across all aspects of the HR function. She has a strong record of bringing the best to NIKE, driving a winning culture and building inclusive, world-class teams that deliver on the company’s growth strategy. She began her career at NIKE in 2012 as VP, HR Business Partner for North America. Since then, she has led Business HR for the company’s Global Operations & Technology and Global Consumer & Marketplace teams, inclusive of Jordan Brand and Converse, before being named the company’s Chief Talent Officer in 2022. Prior to joining NIKE, Heinle held HR leadership positions at Danaher, Tektronix and InFocus. Treasure is a true global citizen, having lived and worked in the Americas, Asia Pacific, Greater China and Europe. A native of Portland, Ore., Treasure is a graduate of the University of Oregon.
A NIKE, Inc. veteran of more than 20 years, Rob Leinwand serves as the company’s EVP and Chief Legal Officer. In this role, he leads the strategic vision for the company’s Legal, Social and Community Impact, Government and Public Affairs and Resilience teams. Since joining the company in 2004, Rob has been a trusted advisor to senior leadership holding a variety of roles, including creating and managing Nike’s Employment Law and Global Litigation practice groups as well as handling some of Nike’s most sensitive legal matters. Prior to joining Nike, Rob was a shareholder at the law firm of Littler Mendelson. Rob received his bachelor’s degree in industrial and labor relations and his Juris Doctor from Cornell University. An avid runner and Nike fan since childhood, Rob is also an accomplished marathoner having completed more than 10 marathons including, NYC, Chicago and Boston
As EVP, Chief Innovation, Design & Product Officer, Phil McCartney is responsible for the creation of innovative and coveted product, season-after-season. This includes how Nike, Jordan and Converse innovate, design and create products for athletes around the world. Phil is a 27-year veteran of Nike, and previously served as the VP of Nike Footwear, a position he held since 2016. He has contributed significantly to Nike’s growth by working across product development, design and merchandising for all sports and Nike Sportswear. Phil’s diverse career at Nike includes various roles in different geographies and functions. He began his journey as an EKIN in the United Kingdom, progressed to product roles in Amsterdam, and ultimately joined Nike World Headquarters in Beaverton. Prior to his tenure at Nike, Phil was a long-distance runner representing Great Britain, which underscores his profound passion for sports.
As President, Nike, Amy Montagne is responsible for serving consumers across all sports and driving future growth for the Nike brand. Amy has worked at Nike for 20 years, most recently serving as VP/GM Global Women’s. Previously she held various VP/GM roles, including Asia Pacific and Latin America, Global Men’s, Global Categories, Global Women’s, Global Merchandising, and other leadership positions in North America, Running, Women’s Training, and Sportswear. Before joining Nike, Montagne worked in allocation, planning and merchandising at Gap Inc., Mervyn’s, and Walmart. She has a deep understanding of athletes and how Nike can drive operational excellence to serve them effectively. She is recognized for her leadership capabilities and her ability to implement change, foster innovation and build brand impact.
