BEAVERTON, Ore. (May 14, 2007) – The Board of
Directors of NIKE, Inc. (NYSE:NKE) has declared a quarterly cash
dividend of eighteen and a half cents ($0.185) per share on the
company's outstanding Class A and Class B Common Stock payable July 2,
2007, to NIKE, Inc.'s shareholders of record at the close of business
June 11, 2007. The dividend has been adjusted to reflect the Company's
2-for-1 stock split that took effect April 2, 2007.
