BEAVERTON, Ore., Dec 15, 2009 (BUSINESS WIRE) -- NIKE, Inc. (NYSE:NKE) today announced that Dave McTague has been named
as CEO of Cole Haan. McTague will succeed Jim Seuss, current CEO of Cole
Haan, who has decided to leave the company. McTague will join Cole Haan
on January 4th, 2010.

Seuss will work with McTague to transition their roles through the

from 2005-2007. McTague brings 25 years of extensive industry experience
to his role at Cole Haan, having worked for Victorinox, Swiss Army
Brands as President of Global Apparel and Retail and President of
Menswear for Tommy Hilfiger USA, among other leading brands.
